Mother

A child grows in
his mother for
nine months,
until the child is born.

The mother
is the first one
to care for her child,
teach her child,
show her child
right from wrong,

She picks her child up
when they fall down.
When the child
is hurt or sick,
the mother is there
to nurse her child well.

When a child is ready
to enter into adulthood,
mother is there
to guide her child on the way.
And then she stands back
until her child asks
for her guidance
once again.
