The Light of Christ
The last few weeks
I went through a dark time,
I asked
Jesus to shine his
light into my heart.
When sadness fills my heart,
Jesus, shine your
light into my heart.
Bring, your love
and joy into my heart.
When painful memories
are starting to run
through my mind,
I become angry.
I am not myself.
Jesus, shine your
light into my heart.
Jesus,
replace my pain,
and my anger
with your love.
Jesus, shine your
light into my heart.
