to make it through this day.
When I can’t
do the things
I need to get done,
because of my hands are too spastic

When my tongue is
so spastic and sore,
and I cannot say a word.

When nobody can
understand a word
I am trying to say.

When I am feeling frustrated
and I would like
to give up.
