Inner Strength
Sometimes I let things
slide by without
saying a word.
God grant me
inner strength.
God grant me
the inner strength,
to speak out against
what is wrong.
God grant me
the inner strength,
to do the right thing
at what ever the cost.
When I want to give up,
God grant me
the inner strength,
to keep on going.
God grant me
the inner strength,
to forgive.
To forgive myself
for the past mistakes
I had made.
And forgive others.
God grant me
the inner strength,
to do your will always.
