Be Positive

For years,
thoughts
flow through my mind
each awaken minute.

Each thought positive or negative.
These thoughts can turn my day
into a good day or a bad day.

For years my thoughts were negative.
I cannot do that.
Or
If something went wrong
I asked myself,
Why me?

I was starting to
be a negative person.
More negative
thoughts I had,
the more negative I became.
Those thoughts almost destroyed me.

One day I turned my thoughts positive.
I started to look at life in a positive way.
I was starting to tell myself,
I can do this.
Or
If something went wrong
I said to myself,
" That is life!"

Thinking positive
turned me into
a happy and thankful person.
