Be Thankful To Be Alive
Be thankful to be alive.
Each morning I thank God,
for another day.
If my day is full of
joy and happiness,
If everything is going right,
I thank God.
If my day is full of
pain and sadness.
If I am sick and
every muscle
in my body is aching,
I am thankful to God,
because I am alive.

Give It up To The Lord
Throughout our journey of life,
Life is full of ups and downs,
joys and disappointments,
laughs and sadness,
wholeness and emptiness.
hopes and failings,
and peace.
Give it up to the Lord.
When we share
our life,
ups, joys,
hopes and dreams
with God.
God will be at our side
when we are going
through a hard time.
The downs,
disappointments, emptiness,
sadness and failings.
Just ask
and God will
be there with you,
to give you strength.

Guide Me
Lord Jesus,
be my guide.
Be my guide
throughout today,
and throughout my life.
As I am starting this day,
Lord, guide me
through my day.
Guide me,
through my darkest
times of this day.
When I am wanting
to give up,
Lord, be at my side.
Lord, guide me
through the joyful times
throughout my day.
Be with me ever step I take
and guide me along the way.

Grace From God
Lord,
give me grace to do your will.
To do your will
with a smile,
so your love shines
through me.
Lord,
give me grace to pray.
Pray always
so I know your will.
Lord,
give me grace for patience.
Patience with other people
and with you.
Lord,
give me grace of joy.
Joy in my heart,
so I can bring joy to others,
and joy doing your will.
Lord,
give me grace
to be thankful.
To be thankful for
all your gifts,
and be thankful for
those people who help me.

Give Thanks
When we give thanks
to our God,
to our Lord,
to our creator
we will find peace.
Once we find peace
we will find love
in our hearts.
Love brings joy
and happiness into our hearts.
To find peace
we need to find who we are.
We need to find
our place in the great plan of God.
To find the great plan of God,
we need to give thanks
to our God.
