My Life

As I am walking through
 my life journey,
I come across many
cross roads and storms.

Each cross road
 I could turn right
 or left
or go straight.

It’s my choice
if I would go off
or stay on the road.

Without guidance from God
I would go the wrong way
and hit a storm
that leads me
to a dead end.

So every morning
I take the time
to say my prayers.

I ask God to be
 my guide through my day,
 to show me my path.
