Thanks to My Lord
 
Jesus, my Lord,
I give thanks
 to you.

I give thanks for each day,
each morning,
each afternoon
and each night.

When I wake up
I give thanks to my Lord,
for another day.

In the afternoon
I stop to give thanks for
how my day is going.

If I am struggling,
I give thanks
and then I ask God
 for guidance
 with my struggles.

In the evening,
 I give thanks to God
for my day,
because without God
at my side,
 I would not make it
through the day.
