Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is very important to me at CB Creative Enterprises. I will not give your personal information to anybody. I will use your e-mail to contact you to tell you about new product's a few times per year. If you do not wish to be contacted I will take you off my e-mail list.
Payment Policy:
I have set up PayPal to receive payment, and I prefer payment through PayPal. PayPal is a security and trust worthy way to make payments over the internet. As a customer PayPal will not give your financial information to me as the merchant. I only receive your name, mailing address, e-mail address and your order from PayPal. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
My policy is when I receive a notice from PayPal that a transaction has occurred; or a money order, I will e-mail you (the customer) to double check if I have the correct mail information. Once you confirm by e-mail your mailing address, I will send your product(s) as soon as possible.

Please write the full name of the products and your address down. Add shipping cost with your money order. To make sure there will be no delay e-mail me your order. This would allow me to get your order ready for mailing once I have received your money order.
Return Policy:
I will replace any defective product within 7 days after you receive it. You can e-mail me within 7 days after you receive it and then mail it back to me. After I receive the product I will send you a replacement.
Shipping and Handling Policy:
Due to the fact I have Cerebral Palsy and depend on others to mail the product(s) it will take a few days to mail the item. After your product(s) in the mail I will e-mail you to let you know that the item is in the mail. I always try to ship the product(s) within a few days. I will e-mail you when I ship it. If you do not receive the product(s) within 7- 21 business days after shipping please contact me. Go to Shipping and Handling for fees.
Large Order Policy:
I do not have any more than a quantity of 10 of any item in stock and no less then quantity of 2. If I am out of stock of an item I will post it on that item's web page.
On large orders I will e-mail you to let you know how long it would take to fill your order.
